Chai by Night

The Chai by Night cocktail is a sultry and sexy drink - completely decadent and sumptuous, it’s silk in a glass. This cocktail is full of warm spices, rich flavours, and a luxurious taste - sweet dreams are made of these!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 tsps black Chai Tea (per glass)
- ½ Cup vanilla vodka
- Ice
- Cinnamon sticks/powder for garnish
Method:
- Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat - add the black Chai Tea and brew for 3-5 minutes until the Chai Tea has infused into the milk - set aside in the refrigerator to cool
- When ready to serve - pour the Chai Tea into an ice filled shaker - add ½ vodka and shake well
- Strain the Chai by Night cocktail into your martini glass and garnish with cinnamon
- Sit back, relax, and enjoy the luxuriousness of the Chai by Night cocktail
