Hibiscus Prosecco

Summer is filled with special events, weddings, anniversaries, or even just a fabulous girls night out - The elegant, gorgeous Hibiscus Prosecco is simple and perfect for adding class and luxury to your Summer!


  • Chilled prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine
  • 2 tsp hibiscus simple syrup (per glass) 
  • 50ml hibiscus tea (per glass) (3g per 250ml) 

Pre-prep method:

  1. Hibiscus simple syrup: Bring 1 cup water to a boil on the stove and add 1 cup sugar and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved - remove the sugar syrup from the heat and add the ¼ cup hibiscus flowers - allow the syrup to steep for a few hours before making your unicorn margarita 


  1. Bring clean water to a rapid boil - then set aside for 60 seconds - add hibiscus tea to the water and steep for 3-5 minutes - set in the refrigerator to cool
  2. When you’re ready to serve - add 2 tsps hibiscus simple syrup and 50ml hibiscus tea to the glass and stir 
  3. Slowly top with prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine
  4. Relax and enjoy!
