Organic Matcha

Our organic matcha is grown in the Uji area of Kyoto, Kagoshima in Japan without pesticides or chemical fertilisers.  It is made from Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars from the first harvest of the year, the tea leaves are slowly steamed, roasted and stone milled according to authentic Japanese tradition, resulting in a creamy, sweet, bold matcha with great UMAMI and an earthy flavour.
